■ご注文からお届けまでの流れ / Order Process

1. ご注文受付 / Order Confirmation

ご注文完了後、自動返信メールをお送りいたします。内容をご確認ください。

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Please check the details carefully.

2. 商品の準備 / Item Preparation

在庫のある商品は通常2〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。
受注生産品や一部手作り商品は、発送までにお時間をいただく場合がございます。

Items in stock are usually shipped within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order or handcrafted items may require additional processing time.

3. 発送・お届け / Shipping & Delivery

発送が完了次第、「発送完了メール」にて追跡番号をお知らせいたします。

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

■配送について / Shipping Information

配送業者 / Carrier	ヤマト運輸（Yamato Transport）または佐川急便（Sagawa Express）でお届けします。 We ship via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
配送地域 / Shipping Area	現在、日本国内のみの配送に対応しています。 Shipping is available within Japan only.
送料 / Shipping Fee	全国一律 800円（税込）です。 税込10,000円以上のご注文で送料無料となります。 Flat rate: ¥800 (tax included). Free shipping for orders over ¥10,000.
配送日時指定 / Delivery Options	ご注文時にお届け日時の指定が可能です。 天候や交通状況によりご希望に添えない場合もございます。 You may specify your preferred delivery date and time at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.

■ お支払い方法 / Payment Methods

クレジットカード / Credit Cards	VISA、MasterCard、JCB、AMEX がご利用いただけます。 Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX.
代金引換 / Cash on Delivery	商品到着時に配送業者へお支払いください。 手数料：330円（税込） Pay the courier upon delivery. Handling fee: ¥330 (tax included).
銀行振込 / Bank Transfer	ご注文完了後、指定口座へお振込みください。 ご入金確認後の発送となります。 Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account after placing your order. Shipping will begin after payment confirmation.

■ 納期について / Delivery Time

通常、ご注文から2〜5営業日以内にお届けいたします。
在庫状況や天候・交通事情により前後する場合がございます。

Delivery is usually made within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on stock availability or external conditions.

受注生産品については、商品ページ記載の納期をご確認ください。

For made-to-order items, please refer to the product page for specific lead times.

■ 海外配送について / International Shipping

現在、海外への発送は行っておりません。
今後対応予定がある場合は、お知らせページでご案内いたします。

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Any updates on future availability will be announced on our News page.

■ ご注意事項 / Additional Notes

ご登録住所の誤りや長期不在による返送があった場合、再発送時の送料はお客様負担となります。

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Re-shipping fees may apply for returns due to incorrect addresses or long-term absence.
