Made-to-order items or services (e.g., “Takumiken”) may require additional time as noted on each product page.
返品・交換・キャンセルについて / Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations	お届けした商品に不良や破損があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。 良品と交換、または返金対応をいたします。 お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。 If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. メンテナンスサービスのキャンセルについて / Service Cancellations	研ぎ直しサービス 「匠研」 など、職人作業を伴うメンテナンスサービスは、 作業開始後のキャンセルをお受けできません。 For maintenance services such as “Takumiken”, cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.
