■ ご相談の流れ / Process

1. フォーム送信 / Submit Form

お名前・ご連絡先・修理内容をお知らせください。
可能であれば、包丁の状態がわかる写真を添付していただくとスムーズです。

Please provide your contact details and a description of the issue.
Attaching a clear photo of the knife helps us assess the condition accurately.

2. 職人による確認 / Artisan Assessment

お送りいただいた内容をもとに、職人が状態を確認し、
修理可否および概算費用をメールにてご連絡いたします。

Our artisans will review the submitted information and reply by email with an estimated cost and repair availability.

3. ご発送・修理・返送 / Send, Repair, Return

お見積もりにご同意後、包丁を当店宛にご発送ください。
修理完了後、丁寧に梱包してお返しいたします。

Once you approve the estimate, please ship your knife to us.
After the repair is completed, it will be carefully packed and returned to you.
