久遠刃の工房は、静けさと熱気が共存する場所。
真紅の炎がゆらめく炉の前で、職人たちは鉄の声に耳を傾け、
その日の温度、湿度、火の色を見極めながら鍛え上げていきます。
一打一打に込められた集中と祈りが、やがて一本の刃を生み出します。

The Kuon Ha workshop is a realm where silence and heat coexist.
In front of the glowing forge, artisans listen to the subtle voice of the steel —
reading its color, sensing the air, and striking with instinctive precision.
Every hammer blow carries both focus and reverence, shaping raw metal into a living blade.

久遠刃の包丁は、機械による大量生産ではなく、
すべての工程を熟練の職人が手作業で仕上げています。
刃の厚み、重心の位置、柄の質感に至るまで、
手に取る人の感覚を思い描きながら、一つひとつ丹念に磨き上げます。

Each Kuon Ha knife is meticulously crafted by hand — never mass-produced.
From blade thickness to handle balance, every detail is refined through human touch.
Our artisans shape each piece while imagining the moment it meets the user’s hand,
creating a harmony of form, function, and feeling.

静寂の中に宿る誇り / Pride Forged in Silence

工房には、無駄な言葉がほとんどありません。
響くのは、鉄を打つ音と、職人たちの呼吸だけ。
その静けさの中に、久遠刃の“誇り”と“真摯さ”が息づいています。
一本の包丁が完成するたび、職人たちは小さくうなずき、
今日もまた「次の一振り」へと向かうのです。

In our workshop, few words are spoken.
Only the rhythm of hammer strikes and quiet breaths fill the air.
